At Advanced Aesthetics Medi Spa, we value our clients and their time. We aspire to provide quality, professional service at every appointment. To uphold our standards, we have established policies to ensure a positive experience for both our clients and our staff.
Consultations:
FREE
*If booking a any high price point services we may require a $50 deposit at booking
Cancellation Policy:
We understand if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. We ask that you give us a 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellations. Thank you for considering our time. If a 24-hour notice is not given, a no-show fee of $25 will be applied.
No-Show Policy:
A $50 fee will be charged if a client does not show up for an appointment without giving us notice. Consultation fees paid up front are non-refundable if you do not show up.
Age:
Permanent Makeup & Laser Hair Removal clients MUST be 18+
Refunds:
Lana is passionate about her work and is willing to work with every client to ensure their satisfaction. No refunds are given for completed work such as microblading and permanent makeup, but most services offer a perfecting session where adjustments and touch-ups can be made to the client’s satisfaction.
