Deposits and Fees

Consultations are free — deposits may be required for PMU appointments and will be deducted from total treatment price.

We understand if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.  We ask that you give us a 24-hour notice for rescheduling or cancellations.  However if  24-hour notice is not given, a $50 same day cancellation fee will apply and need to be paid before possible re-booking.

No shows are not tolerated unless there are extenuating circumstances, please be courteous or a $75–$100 no show fee will be applied depending on service price point.

Lana is passionate about her work and is willing to work with every client to ensure their satisfaction. No refunds are given for completed work such as microblading and permanent makeup, but most services offer a perfecting session where adjustments and touch-ups can be made to the client's satisfaction.

What to Know

• If you are new, please arrive 10 minutes earlier to fill out necessary forms.
• Arrive with a clean face free of heavy makeup if possible.
• PMU — the most important healing rule for the first week is keeping them dry. Please keep this in mind when planning around your social calendar.
• Permanent makeup treatments are reserved for clients at least 18 years old.
• PMU (microblading or eyeliner clients) No Blood Thinners: Skip alcohol, ibuprofen, aspirin, vitamin E, coffee, and energy drinks on the day of your treatment (and 24–48 hours prior).

What to Know

• If you are new, please arrive 10–15 minutes earlier to complete paperwork.
• Avoid alcohol and smoking for 24 to 72 hours before your visit.
• No heavy exercise or activities that raise your core body temperature on the day of treatment.
• Arrive with a clean face free of heavy makeup if possible.
• Plan your social calendar around potential swelling and bruising, which lasts a few days for Botox/filler and up to two weeks for thread lifts.
• Botox does not kick in immediately! It takes 3–8 days to see the full effects of Botox kick in — please keep this in mind when planning around your social calendar.

Deposits and Fees

• Deposit required for all new appointments.
• Non-refundable if you choose to cancel or reschedule without notice — $25 Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash.
• No shows are not tolerated unless there are extenuating circumstances, please be courteous and allow me a 24–48 hr notice before your appointment. 100% of the service you did not show up for is due before I am able to book another appointment.
• Please be aware of my same day cancellation fee of 50% of the price of the service you are booked for for first time occurrence and 100% of the service after first occurrence — this is a respectful gesture to ensure that I am able to be compensated for any time slot I'm unable to fill last minute and must be paid before you can schedule again and avoid ban.

What to Know

• If you are new, please arrive with clean nails if possible.
• If it was not applied by me, I would prefer to remove it all and start over. Removals are $25 and $30 if I suspect it's illegal MMA acrylic.
• I don't work over extremely damaged nails, open wounds, fungus, etc. Please be kind to your nails and allow them time to heal — the results are much prettier with a healthy foundation.
• Please do not come if you feel sick in any way, a mask will not help. This also means no sick children. Please be courteous of staff and other customers in our professional establishment and reschedule your appointment.
• I do not mind having children in my space, but please let me know in case I need to add more time to your appointment. I need you to tend to your child during our session. I have snacks and drinks.
• Please be respectful of my space, my time, and me and I will always do my best.
• Please be ready to pay at the end of each appointment! I do not accept card payments at this time.
