What is Permanent Makeup?

Permanent makeup — sometimes called PMU or micropigmentation — is a semi-permanent cosmetic technique where pigment is placed just beneath the surface of the skin. Because it's applied more gently than a traditional tattoo, the color fades naturally over 1–3 years, giving you the freedom to refine your look over time.
